Restrictions on PlayStation Store vouchers
- The voucher code must be for the same region as your account. For our voucher cards, the respective valid country is Germany. - In order to redeem some subscription vouchers, a valid payment method must be stored in your account. - Please note that vouchers for PlayStation®Plus can only be redeemed for accounts for which no PS Plus subscription has been taken out. - It is not possible to transfer funds or content to other accounts. So make sure you redeem the code for the correct account.
Redeem a PlayStation Store voucher
Go to the PlayStation Store and click at the top of the page your avatar. Select Redeem Codes from the drop-down menu. Carefully enter the code (make sure the PG-P...in was decrypted before) and select Redeem. The credit or the content has now been credited to your account.
Using a coupon code under 18 PlayStation®Plus subscriptions such as monthly games and online multiplayer are restricted by the age rating and parental controls set on your account. For this reason, we recommend that PlayStation Plus vouchers only be redeemed on the linked family manager account. Codes must be redeemed through the family manager's account. Once a monthly PS5 spending limit has been set on your account, you can redeem the funds from your account. You can redeem subscription voucher codes for 3- and 12-month memberships in your account.
